What is Qigong
Qigong means energy
work & energy skill. It is an ancient Chinese discipline which incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Martial Arts, Chinese
Medicine and Meditation to enhance the flow of energy through the body.
Qigong has been practised for thousands of years in the
east and is a comprehensive approach to health, wellbeing and longevity. It is very effective for improving personal fitness,
enhancing performance and creating a sense of inner peace.
Through some mind work, breathing technique, different movements,
postures, and meditation, Qigong enables us to connect to the universal energy and restore the balance within.
